Execution Management

Yes. The platforms are hardwired directly to our pricing aggregation servers, streaming raw, ultra-low latency pricing without delay while the underlying markets are open.
By default, the charting interface displays the active Bid price. To view the spread visually, right-click the chart, select 'Properties' (or press F8), navigate to the 'Common' or 'Show' tab, and check the 'Show Ask line' box.
Right-click anywhere inside the 'Market Watch' window and select 'Show All'. If the Market Watch window is hidden, press Ctrl+M to display it.
Symbols that appear greyed out are either inactive on your specific account type or the underlying market is currently closed. Ensure you are looking at the active symbols for your account (e.g., symbols with specific suffixes like '.ecn' if you are on an ECN account).
If the 'New Order' button is greyed out, you are either logged in using an Investor (read-only) password, or your platform has lost connection to the trade server. Relog using your Master Password to restore full trading privileges.
This alert occurs if you attempt to trade an instrument outside of its active market hours, if a specific asset is temporarily set to “Close Only” by the exchange, or if you are logged in via an Investor Password.
“Context Busy” means your terminal is attempting to process multiple execution requests simultaneously and the thread is locked. Simply restart the platform to clear the local queue.
First, restart your platform and computer to clear local RAM cache. If the issue persists, reduce the 'Max bars in history' setting in the platform options (Ctrl+O > Charts tab) to lighten the load on your local CPU.
When executing CFD Equities (Stocks), a commission is applied. INFINOX maintains highly competitive institutional rates, starting from 0.10% on the nominal value of your trade, or 0.02 USD per share traded, depending on the specific exchange.
The global FX market settles on a T+2 basis (Trade Date + 2 days). If you hold a position open past 5:00 PM EST on a Wednesday, the settlement date rolls over the weekend to the following Monday. Therefore, the swap charge applied on Wednesday night accounts for three days of financing (Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday).
