“Softs” refers to commodities that are grown or cultivated rather than mined. This includes coffee, sugar, cocoa, and grains like wheat and corn.
We offer both “Spot” agricultural products and “Futures” CFDs. Spot products have no expiry and include daily swaps, while Futures have a set expiry date and typically do not carry overnight swap charges.
Weather is a primary price driver. Extreme events like droughts or frosts in major growing regions (e.g., Brazil for Coffee or the US Midwest for Corn) can cause significant supply shortages and rapid price increases.
On our STP accounts, there is zero commission (costs are included in the spread). On ECN accounts, you trade with raw market spreads and a transparent commission per lot.
